Wine Review: This wine is black as midnight. It opens with a pleasant mild black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and balanced. Shortly after you take your first sip, it comes alive and is very vibrant and juicy. The flavor profile is a very spicy blackberry with notes of black currant mixed in a well. The finish is quite dry and its moderate tannins linger for quite some time. This wine will pair quite nicely with beef bourguignon. Enjoy - Ken
