Wine Review: This was the best apple ice wine we tried at this years Boston Wine Expo. It is a beautiful goldenrod color and it opens with a very inviting light apple cider like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, rich, sweet, and concentrated with very ripe apple flavors. The finish is refreshing and lingers nicely. We felt this wine would pair well with sharp cheddar cheese. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Produced since 1994, Neige apple ice wine is produced through natural cryoconcentration. Offering the perfect balance of sugar and acidity, Neige is characterized by a rich amber color and a distinctive fresh apple flavor with a vanilla finish. Although ready for immediate consumption, Neige can be aged and savored for several years. Served cold (6°C), it is a perfect aperitif or accompaniment to cheeses with a slightly nutty flavor.
