Wine Review: This wine is a big rich fruit bomb from down under. It is very dark purple in color. The wine opens with a ripe blackberry like bouquet with a slight hint of must as well. On the palate, the wine is medium bodied, fruit forward, with bold and jammy blackberry flavors. There is a touch of black pepper mixed in as well. The finish is quite dry, a little warm, and its tannins are nicely prolonged. This wine would pair well with duck or do quite well on its own on some cold winter night. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Colour: Deep Burgundy Nose: Mulberries and prune plums with a hint of cinnamon spice. Palate: Fine textured tannin, chocolate like richness, silky smooth flavour. A complete wine that lingers on and on.
