Wine Review: I recently attended a large holiday tasting and this was the best wine I tried. This black cherry colored wine opens with a menthol and anise like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, smooth, and elegant with delicious cherry flavors. The finish is quite dry and its managed tannins are nicely prolonged. Have this finesse wine soon with a filet mignon at your favorite steakhouse. Enjoy – Ken
