Wine Review: We recently brought together a group of panelist to go through some new wines and this offering from Perrin was the pick of the panel. This bright black cherry colored wine opens with an oaky and earthy like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, exceptionally well balanced, and silky. It shows off very appealing plum flavors with notes of blueberry and a dash of pepper. The finish is dry and is very nicely prolonged. Drinking this wine was effortless and very enjoyable. Pair it with pork tenderloin. Enjoy - Ken
