Wine Review: This dark opaque ruby wine opens with a mild berry like bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is smooth, balanced, and displays expressive ripe plum fruits with a touch of spice and milk chocolate. The finish is quite dry and has soft tannins that linger for a while. If you are looking to try an entry level Carmenère, this wine would be a perfect place to start. Pair this wine with a burger and enjoy. – Ken
