Wine Review: This wine is imported by Truly Fine Wines in San Diego. They work with many boutique German wine producers. We have recommended almost every wine that they submitted including this wine. This light yellow wine opens with a cold tea and pineapple like bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is crisp with intense acidity that leads to pineapple and citrus like flavors. The finish is clean and refreshing. This wine would pair nicely with brie cheese or ham. This wine is more like a Riesling wine than a dessert wine. Enjoy – Ken
