Wine Review: This wine is a big boy. You must decant it for at least 1 hour before you start to get a true appreciation of the wine. The bouquet of this wine is pleasant and has fruit filled aromas. Specifically, I sensed a touch of blackberries and heat on the nose. On the palate, the wine is nicely flavored, is a bit acidic, and has some dryness to it. The finish is lengthy and lingers. This huge wine is meant to be enjoyed on its own or with BBQ ribs. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: This is Shiraz at its best. This wine has a sumptuous aroma, revealing deep chocolate, lifted violets, and black current fruit. With an amazing fruit expression reminiscent of strawberries dipped in chocolate, the palate is rich and robust, with licorice and spice fruit intermingling with lovely hints of oak. Its massive structure will explode in your mouth and finishes velvety smooth with lively, exuberant fruit.
