Wine Review: Light straw yellow in color with hints of green and silver, this wine displays an aromatic floral bouquet with grapefruit, lemon, pear and mineral notes all in the mix. On the palate, refreshing, ripe citrus character shares the stage with steely minerality, herbs and wonderful floral elements that are reminiscent of a walk through a spring meadow in full bloom. Round in the mouth, the wine builds with intensity to a fleshy, punchy, tart mid-palate and then subsides to a long, mouthwatering finish.
