Wine Review: We are away on the lookout for Organic wines we can recommend. This one from Snoqualmie, is one we think you will enjoy. This golden yellow wine opens with a light melon bouquet with hints of other tropical fruits and cashews. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is round, slightly creamy, and displays light green apple flavors. The finish is dry and subtle. This wine will pair nicely with chicken. Enjoy - Ken
