Wine Review: I am not normally a port fan, but Matt Jones the tasting room manager at Goose Watch talked me into trying his. Well Matt has a winner with this wine. This wine opens with a fragrant peach like bouquet. On the palate, the wine is sweet, viscous, and has delightful apricot and peach flavors. The finish is very nice and the apricot flavors are present throughout. It is quite persistent, tingly, and lingers a bit. Thanks Matt, for showing us this wine. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Rarer than rare! Its exotic aromas and flavors of tropical fruits are perfectly balanced with the amazingly rich finish. A perfect dessert wine all by itself; it's a rare treat that is usually found only in Portugal. Residual Sugar: 10.8%
