Wine Review: This pale yellow organic wine came in a very respectable fourth place at our recent Sauvignon Blanc blind tasting. It opens with a steely and grassy bouquet. The wine is very well balanced, crisp, and has very pleasant green apple flavors. This wine would match well with sole. The finish is a bit sharp, dry, and a bit tingly. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Peach and lime blossom aromas with a hint of straw and vanilla. Tangerine fruit flavor with a bright citrus finish.
