Wine Review: This sparkling wine is quite pleasant. It was light in color with very tiny bubbles. On the palate, the wine was very refreshing and had very balanced flavors. It finishes nicely and is pleasantly dry. This wine could marry very well with food or stand on its own for your special occasion. Very delightful. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The naturally ripened fruit selected from more than 50 separate vineyards yields a beautiful rose petal aroma. Further layers reveal crisp yet creamy qualities, rich and lingering. Individual lots are kept separate during initial fermentation in order to highlight their vineyard differences and make the most of their specific strengths. The end result is a hugely popular, award winning wine with touches of vanilla and melon, with firm acid and crisp structure. Medium bodied, with excellent mousse and a rich lingering finish, it pairs beautifully with grilled poultry, shellfish such as oysters, prawns and mussels, as well as brioche with portobello mushrooms.
